In two layers. Adam is an AI agent: it runs the analyses, interprets the results, explains them and proposes changes. Underneath, DigitalCNC’s core is deterministic and physics-based: the same program on the same machine always gives the same answer. Adam controls the core, but every prediction comes from the physics, and the programmer approves every change.
Each model is built from the machine’s controller archive file, which captures its kinematics, dynamic limits and controller settings. It is a drag-and-drop file.
The two work together. Simulation confirms the toolpath is safe. DigitalCNC predicts how your specific machine will execute it: achieved feed, chip load, risk areas and cycle time.
We benchmark your current process, prove out the improvements on your own parts and machines, and document every result, with the measures agreed at the start.
